Know the story of the two wolves? It’s an indigenous tale about how we all have two wolves warring inside of us: one is filled with hope and optimism, the other with hate and despair. Who wins? The one we feed.
This is a warning not to feed the hateful troglodytes wanting to forcefully shove women back into the dark ages.
Episode Description
Misogyny: that's what Project 2025 is advocating for and this Childless Cat Lady isn't having it.
For every social media warrior who proudly declares #IUnderstandTheAssignment, there's a counterpart ready to gleefully embrace a wave of Christofascist extremism that threatens to strip women of our hard-earned freedoms.
So what is the assignment? It's to prevent Project 2025 from gaining traction in the upcoming election. The solution is clear: vote for the party that stands firm against the erosion of our rights.
Don't like the options? Feeling disillusioned by genocide and all the other crap both parties seem to allow? Remember: voting isn't marriage, it's a bus ride towards our collective goal. And our goal—the "assignment"—is to get as far away from the dystopian nightmare that the ultra-conservative Christofascist authors of Project 2025 envision. Only one party can guarantee they won't force women to become the next Ballerina Farm girl. Who will you choose?
Key takeaways from this episode include:
how misogyny, especially misogynoir, will be used against the presumptive nominee
educating yourself on Project 2025's goals
why the childless cat lady trope is so often used by the opposition
how in this context the difference between childfree and childless is meaningless
the critical nature of local elections
